MTN handed over a case to Shapiro Shaik Defries who are now harassing me
I would like to lay a complaint against ABSA card division for being very unprofessional, last Saturday (25/02) DSV couriers phoned to say that they wanted to deliver my credit card sometime during this week, I asked them to deliver it to Middelburg Mall ABSA branch. On Wednesday after refueling my car my credit card payment was rejected on 2 occasions, thankfully I had a 2nd card as I do not carry much cash. I then tried the card at a different cash point to have it rejected again.On contacting the help line they told me that my card had been cancelled due to the contract with Mastercard terminated and ABSA now deals with VISA.I would like to know the following1. My card only expires in 06/20, why is it being renewed now?2. Why was my card cancelled before my new card was issued?3. The DSV courier returned my card and did not deliver it to the branch as requested, only after intervention will they now deliver it today4. Why did DSV return the card to card division and not deliver it to the branch as requested?I am travelling overseas on Sunday and if I had not used my card on Wednesday I would not have known that there was an issue, this issue is frustrating and annoying, however on a positive note the person from help desk has gone out of his way to ensure that I get my card today and has contacted me 3 times since Wednesday to keep me up to date with progress
Hi, on 12 December 2019 one of your consultants from Vodacom direct contacted me to renew / upgrade one of our phone packages, I explained that we would be terminating the contract and moving onto a "pay as U go" due to not utilising the current package, the consultant tried to convince me that the upgrade was from U Choose flexi 210 to a 390 contract at the same price or cheaper. I explained on a couple of occasions hat I was not interested but he insisted, I then asked him to e-mail my the offer and I would look at it and consider it. I have now received my latest statement and the account has been upgraded without my permission at an extra R60/month and a once off fee of R149.99. What Vodacom has done here is to fraudulently upgrade my package, I contacted the help desk to cancel and they say it will take at least 2 weeks to cancel and only the can I terminate the existing contract, then there is the issue of extra funds that have been deducted and trying to get those refunded
In May 2017 we bought our first new caravan a Jurgens Classique from Sunseeker Jurgenzs in Alberton, the intent was that it would be our retirement van in a couple of years time. When buying the van I was told it was new, had never been registered although it was the last of the old shape and built in 2016. We loved the van but that all changed when the suspension sagged and the van was taken to Jurgens to repair / replace under warranty. When the axle was removed it was noted it was manufactured in 2014, further checks showed that the van was built in 2015 and sold in 2016. Jurgens head office immediately requested the van back at the factory and it would be replaced with a new one as that was what I paid for, I was told my new van would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks (That was January) we finally took delivery of the new van in May 2018 5 months after my original van was returned. It is now August or 8 months after Jurgens took my van the old van is still on my name and the new van has not been registered yet, this despite numerous phone calls, visits to the dealer in Boksburg and a lot of e-mails. It is very frustrating as promise are made by Jurgens and never kept.
My daughter got married at the Kiepersol wedding venue near Parys in November 2015, I was required to pay a R1000 breakage deposit which was to be paid back to myself within 2 weeks after the use of the facility. To date I have made numerous phone calls and e-mailed the venue but all I get is broken promises and excuses, things like the internet was down, email is not working, phones are broken etc. <br> To date they have promised on 2 occasions that the money will be paid into my account by the end of the week but that week never comes
