Pathetic service and disrespect. King koil a terrible brand

So I have complained to dial a bed. I have gone through bravo beds who was absolutely unhelpful thinking they can review a bed in pictured and unwilling to assist. I complained on this platform and all I was asked for was my number. I still have not received a single call in regards to a bed I paid for but not of good quality. I honestly cannot believe the terrible service and disrespect towards a customer/s King koil is no longer a good brand. It's ridiculous the after service.

Absolutely unhappy.
