Injury at food *****s market cornubia.
My 70 year old mum was injured at Food *****s market cornubia. I have sent numerous mails and calls to the store to the customer care and still no proper resolution I have been promised by 3 employees of flm that my mum would be compensated for her injury and the time it has taken for her to recover also any medical bills leave or anything that was due to the injury. I sent 2 slips to flm and not even the total of that was confirmed. They are trying to sweep this under the carpet. No proper response in regards to the safety precautions added to avoid another injury. I'm getting no response from flm and it's quite frustrating. If I do receive an email it's not even signed by the person sending it. The people who have promised compensation for the injury was the manager Kenneth, first aid Priya, and another lady who promised to even call and check up on my mum but yet to date has not bothered preya Pillay. It's shocking to see that the store and people involved do not show any concern and take this matter very lightly This incident occurred on the. 1st March 2025

Pathetic service and disrespect. King koil a terrible brand
So I have complained to dial a bed. I have gone through bravo beds who was absolutely unhelpful thinking they can review a bed in pictured and unwilling to assist. I complained on this platform and all I was asked for was my number. I still have not received a single call in regards to a bed I paid for but not of good quality. I honestly cannot believe the terrible service and disrespect towards a customer/s King koil is no longer a good brand. It's ridiculous the after service. Absolutely unhappy.

Terrible service for a terrible quality bed.
Purchased a king koil bed was told this is great quality.. A 'firm' bed. I had to wait almost 15 days to get delivery. This is actually the worst quality. I complained, an inspector could not be available during the times I was available. So an online review was done. Basically my complaints were not taken seriously. I have paid an exorbitant amount for a bed that does not live up to its name. I'm disappointed at the terrible service i have received. I actually thought king koil was a good brand But guess that isn't actually the case. Really sad service.
