Terrible service for a terrible quality bed.

Purchased a king koil bed was told this is great quality.. A 'firm' bed. I had to wait almost 15 days to get delivery. This is actually the worst quality. I complained, an inspector could not be available during the times I was available. So an online review was done. Basically my complaints were not taken seriously. I have paid an exorbitant amount for a bed that does not live up to its name. I'm disappointed at the terrible service i have received. I actually thought king koil was a good brand But guess that isn't actually the case.

Really sad service.
