very bad service

I bought a bed at bed king in Atterberry value mart in Pretoria in June 2022, last month i saw that the bed is broken , i reported it to the shop because there was a garrantee to it. they asked me to send them pics and videos.

They realized that the springs were damage and the base was gamage as well, so they sid they will help me but didnt explain how ?. they called me, to say i should pay these fees below

Warranty fee: R690.00 Recovery fee: R1069.5 Delivery fee: R483 Amount Due: R2242.5

So i am thinking i am not the one who is suppose to pay all these fees because they are the one on fault but them.

There are refusing to come fetch the bed and sort the issue of payments.

I would like you to assist me with not paying these monies that there are saying are due by me.
