very bad service
I bought a bed at bed king in Atterberry value mart in Pretoria in June 2022, last month i saw that the bed is broken , i reported it to the shop because there was a garrantee to it. they asked me to send them pics and videos. They realized that the springs were damage and the base was gamage as well, so they sid they will help me but didnt explain how ?. they called me, to say i should pay these fees below Warranty fee: R690.00 Recovery fee: R1069.5 Delivery fee: R483 Amount Due: R2242.5 So i am thinking i am not the one who is suppose to pay all these fees because they are the one on fault but them. There are refusing to come fetch the bed and sort the issue of payments. I would like you to assist me with not paying these monies that there are saying are due by me.

Bad service
We bought a bed for our son, the bed is still under guarantee and now they are refusing to pick up the bed, also they saying the bed has a stain so i need to pay a certain money for such. there service is so bad in such a way that i need to follow up every day to find out about the way forward.

I wore these sneaker twice and only realized that there a peeling the glue they uses and now the soul is divided with the upper shoe.there are refusing the exchange or refund me.
