Horrible customer service

Terrible customer services.

My mom bought the incorrect material for our garage doors. She went back to try and get a refund but they said refused because we used one of the cables, granted. She asked them to refund her on the other materials that were unused, they refused and said she should maybe put a deposit down for newer model garage doors. She said sure, but she doesn’t have the money to pay the full price now, maybe in December. They refused! They brought a suggestion, mom was willing to take the suggestion and now they refuse? Now she is sitting here with NEW and UNUSED MATERIAL for nothing????
