The show has now been cancelled for almost 3 months and I have not received my refund, no concrete response besides automated email responses, no set date as to when one will be refunded last date was supposed to be end of August no further dates communicated after and no personal touch in even handling this manner, I have sent numerous emails and to date no feedback received. I am definitely giving them this week to respond or I am taking them to the ombudsman. We work with clients and the least you can do is be compassionate when in the wrong and not disappear on people like you do not owe them.
