Urgent email needed for Kingdom World tour as I still have refund owing for the concert in Cape Town that was cancelled. Now they offer us Chandler Moore tickets but to email them in order to discuss this - there is no email address and info@kingdomworldtour.,com just bounces back,. C'om guys - give us some way to have comms with you!! Its not that hard in this age!!!

0/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience with Kingdom Tour I'm extremely disappointed with Kingdom Tour's handling of their cancellation in Cape Town. Despite numerous emails and promises to refund, I've been ignored for months. I would not recommend Kingdom Tour to anyone. Their cancellation policies and customer service are severely lacking. The lack of communication and follow-through is unprofessional and frustrating. I was patient and understanding, but it's clear that they're not interested in resolving this issue. *UPDATE*: Still waiting for my refund.

I bought 4 tickets to the Marverick City Music Tour, for the Cape Town Stop. It did not happen as planned and we were to be refunded in full. Three of the tickets were Meet and Greet (M&G) tickets and the fourth was a VIP ticket. I was only refunded for the one M&G ticket. I have contacted and been contacting feedbac***ingdomworldtour.com like it was suggested that we do, but to complete ignoring, as I perceive it now after my several attempts. No one has given me any feedback for the past three months regardless of my perpetual emails for support.

Its been 3 months now since the capeTown MaverickCity kingdom world Tour has been cancelled and till now I have not recieved my Refund. The feedback email is always giving excuses of how they are encountering problems with paypal. Theres not even an email they reply to when i email them. So disappointed and sad because why are am i getting such a poor experience from a Christian Group? I have honestly been patient but right now they are taking advantage.

I am writing to request a refund for the tickets I purchased for the Kingdom World Tour event scheduled on [08/08/2024] at Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town. Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to inclement weather, and despite the refund for my parking pass being processed, I have yet to receive a refund for the tickets. I request a full refund for the tickets and would appreciate instructions on how to proceed if any further steps are required on my end.

The show has now been cancelled for almost 3 months and I have not received my refund, no concrete response besides automated email responses, no set date as to when one will be refunded last date was supposed to be end of August no further dates communicated after and no personal touch in even handling this manner, I have sent numerous emails and to date no feedback received. I am definitely giving them this week to respond or I am taking them to the ombudsman. We work with clients and the least you can do is be compassionate when in the wrong and not disappear on people like you do not owe them.
