I sent BMW finance an email last year querying a duplicate account that’s reflecting on my credit report and the team has been useless in resolving or providing an update. I’ve provided them with my credit report as per their request and I’m still waiting for them to remove it as it’s impacting my affordability.
Cancelled a show and has been giving me the runaround for my refund. Every email update is filled with excuses with no actual date of when it will be processed. It’s been 2months since the Maverick City show was cancelled.
I PLACED AN ORDER ON 23 MARCH 2023 ON THE Tommy Hilfiger South African WEBSITE FOR DELIVERY AT CAPE FARMS (Cape Town) AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. THE LINK FOR THE COURIER/SHIPMENT COMPANY THEY USED (AIRINEXPRESS)DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. I EVEN CHECKED WITH POST OFFICE ZA AND THEY SAID THEY CAN'T TRACE IT WITH THE REF THEY PROVIDED. I NEEDED THIS DELIVERY TO BE MADE LAST WEEK THURSDAY 20/04/2023 AT LATEST. THIS SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS
Still waiting for my paid up letter and account to be closed. I've been requesting it since last year (2020). every time I call I get told it's been logged with their team and I should wait for 30 days
