Not delivering to certain addresses made my experience stressful at first but after changing the delivery address made the experience smoother.
I bought 4 tickets to the Marverick City Music Tour, for the Cape Town Stop. It did not happen as planned and we were to be refunded in full. Three of the tickets were Meet and Greet (M&G) tickets and the fourth was a VIP ticket. I was only refunded for the one M&G ticket. I have contacted and been contacting feedbac***ingdomworldtour.com like it was suggested that we do, but to complete ignoring, as I perceive it now after my several attempts. No one has given me any feedback for the past three months regardless of my perpetual emails for support.
It took super long to arrive. It was later explained why. The length of the time was my biggest turnoff.
Why is my account on hold with no explanation when I call? I need my funds immediately for something that I cannot wait long for. I cannot wait for 2 different days. On the call I was told that the issue would be resolved by the 9th Feb. 2024, to which I asked for it to be earlier. On the SMS I am told of the 12th Feb. 2024. I cannot wait for the 9th let alone the 12th. I need my issue resolved ASAP.
