Urgent Request for Ticket Refund Due to Kingdom World Tour Event Cancellation

I am writing to request a refund for the tickets I purchased for the Kingdom World Tour event scheduled on [08/08/2024] at Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town. Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to inclement weather, and despite the refund for my parking pass being processed, I have yet to receive a refund for the tickets.
