Poor service we have received on the 20th May 2021 around 20h00. 1. Poor reception - receptionist were with serious attitude without any smile nor satisfactory gesture. 2. Our booked table for the birthday was not prepared. 3. Poor waitering service - no introduction from the waiter, delayed to take our orders, didn't repeat our orders and didn't know the actual dishes only referring us to the menu. 4. Wrong drink brought to the table apart from what we have ordered. 5. Wrong food brought to the table apart from what we have ordered.
These services basically should be improved, because the hotel has best environment ever.
