I had a very disappointing experience with King’s Hardware. I purchased materials worth R30,000 in cash, including a door that came with a faulty key. When I reported the issue, the staff were incredibly arrogant and dismissive, acting as if I was the problem instead of acknowledging and fixing their mistake.
Their communication, especially via WhatsApp, is terrible, messages are ignored, and follow-ups go unanswered. They also do not deliver on time; I had to constantly follow up and practically beg for my delivery.
To make matters worse, when the delivery finally arrived, they left my materials on the road. While I was willing to overlook that, it was later discovered that one of the building columns was damaged. When we tried to report this, they didn’t take us seriously and completely ignored our concerns. They now even ignore my calls when I try to follow up on the issue.
Overall, I received extremely poor service and zero accountability from King’s Hardware. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism or customer care.
