I visited the Kingsley depot in Port Elizabeth in late January 2026, where I bought a few Kingsley beverages. I must say that the service was good, friendly faces and there was a gentleman who immediately assisted me as I entered the depot. I, however, could not manage to buy various flavors, as they didn't have stock of all the flavors. They have atleadt advised me that they were waiting for the truck to arrive with the stock. I managed to buy 2 six packs of Kingsley cans cola. The prices were super good and I will definitely be back to purchase more products. The store was clean and the customer service was great.

I have been a loyal consumer of Kingsley for a long time, but over the last few months, I have consistently noticed a strong smell of mold whenever I open a new 3-liter bottle of Kingsley Cola. The odor is faint upon opening but becomes very obvious and off-putting when pouring it into a glass to drink. This isn't a one-off experience; it has happened across multiple purchases. I’m very disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards. I won’t be buying more until this is addressed. 2R12438 18:52

I logged a complaint for a defective product. I am still waiting for my complaint to be resolved since 2 September 2025. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and having to follow up constantly.

I would to formally express my frustration regarding an unresolved product complaint I initially logged at the end of August. Despite numerous follow-ups with Melissa Meyer, there has been no resolution to date. While she has made repeated assurances that the matter would be addressed, nothing has materialized. As the Quality Manager, Melissa’s lack of responsiveness and follow-through is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of service I have received. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my experience with your company. I trust you will take this matter seriously and intervene to ensure it is resolved without further delay. I would appreciate a clear and definitive update as soon as possible.

Hi. I want to report a foul smelling Isorade. My daugter was drinking it after a hockey match and I asked her why she didnt finish the drink and she said that it tasted off. I tasted and could immediately taste that its weird. I opened it and it smells like chemicals like acetone or petrol.

I’ve now had the misfortune of having at least six toxic and foul smelling bottles of Isorade, they smell like a mixture of petrol and chemicals, Arizona they taste foul and toxic! I thought that this was a once off but it is now happening alarming regularity.
