I would to formally express my frustration regarding an unresolved product complaint I initially logged at the end of August. Despite numerous follow-ups with Melissa Meyer, there has been no resolution to date. While she has made repeated assurances that the matter would be addressed, nothing has materialized.
As the Quality Manager, Melissa’s lack of responsiveness and follow-through is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of service I have received. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my experience with your company.
I trust you will take this matter seriously and intervene to ensure it is resolved without further delay. I would appreciate a clear and definitive update as soon as possible.
