Bad quality clothing, worse customer service
I bought a t-shirt on the 25/02/2026 for R799.95 at Tygervalley Mall, and only wore it once then noticed that the stitching is loose (very badly sown) when my partner showed me loose threads hanging. 06/03/2026 I wrote them an email informing them I wasn't happy with the item, and Priya Chetty responded saying they will send a courier to come get the item the following day. Today is the 12/03/2026 and there's still no communication from any courier about fetching the item.
For the price they expect customers to pay, not only are the garments of poor quality, it seems their customer service is worse. This is not the 1st time I'm complaining about the quality of their clothing and each time I get the same bad service and it frustrating.
