Poorest service
I cancelled our contract 6 months ago. They are still taking money from our account. They do not answer their phones. Their landline has been disconnected. They do not respond to whatsapp. They do not respond to email. They do not respond to facebook messages.

The cancellation of a product or service is the Clients responsibility. Cancellations must be actioned via the client area:

Failure to cancel your services will result in your service or product being renewed ongoingly and remain active, therefore liable for payment. A minimum calendar months' notice is required for all services unless otherwise stated. Promotions carry additional Terms and early cancellation fees may be payable.
Kingsley Technologies (Pty) will not be responsible for incorrect cancellations sent via email, or be liable for any losses incurred.
Your services are cancelled and the funds deducted via Debit order were for services that was in use prior to cancellation.
