Despite repeated emails sent to the designated address to Kingsley for cancellation of my two mailboxes for Reo Pharmacy dating back to 15th and 18th November 2024 due to a shocking service level of non-responsiveness,and as a result finding a new service provider from Dec 2024,...Kingsley....now 4 months later responds with an account demand .

They do not answer their landline or cell. I want to cancel my contract with them and they do not respond. They are deducting money from my account, sometimes three times a month. This is theft.

I am trying to find out about the voip options and to go about porting our landline number, but as per usual I never receive a response from then, this is wether I contact them in WhatsApp or e-mail. I never receive a response. If I try to call their number they never answer.

I cancelled our contract 6 months ago. They are still taking money from our account. They do not answer their phones. Their landline has been disconnected. They do not respond to whatsapp. They do not respond to email. They do not respond to facebook messages.

I received this message in my email and I was unsure whether I should click on the link as per request from the sender, so I opened a case with Kingsley to try and find out if they have any knowledge of such an email. Notwithstanding my email, they just ignored me and now my use of"jakes@kingsley.co.za" has been stopped. This is not the way to treat a client...I am using this address since about 2002 osted by Andre Jacobs on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 (10:08)Owner Good day, I received this email and I am not aware of any request to cancel my account. If their was a zero star rating I would have chosen that. Their landlines are not working and no other way of cantacting them. I have even try contact via their whattsapp line and email service with no response . I have cancelled my email service with them in 2022 due to their shocklingly bad service. 2 years down the line and they continue to harrass me by deducting monies which I every time have to send back with great difficulty as I am staying more than 100kms from my nearest bank. I am now ready to lay a charge at the police station.

Shocking. We are being billed for a service we are no longer using. None of their numbers exist and there is no way of getting hold of them. We reverse this with the bank just to be billed the following month again.

Absolutely shocking service! They continuously taking debit orders off our account, randomly and incorrectly. You cannot get hold of them, their landline does not exist and they don't answer their whatsapp messages. I have emailed them about the debit orders that keep coming off our account, but to no avail!
