Shocking. We are being billed for a service we are no longer using. None of their numbers exist and there is no way of getting hold of them. We reverse this with the bank just to be billed the following month again.
Can someone competent please contact me. We have been contacted to upgrade to the wifi phones and were told we have no choice. Well since we have received the handset the service I received has been terrible. According to the manual once you inserted the simcard and charged it all should work, or you should phone 10210. I have phoned this number (about 30 times) and was told the sim needs to be activated (24 - 48 hours), once the existing handset stops working, the new phone will work. Guess what, nothing works. Phoning 10210 I have been told 10 different stories!!! Is this just another terrible service we have to pay for and struggle with??
