I am trying to find out about the voip options and to go about porting our landline number, but as per usual I never receive a response from then, this is wether I contact them in WhatsApp or e-mail. I never receive a response. If I try to call their number they never answer.
I was very disappointed to find out that the vodapay app takes your airtime and data. And it deactivated my FaceTime and Apple Watch from my phone. When I contacted Vodacom to explain what happened, I ended up having to explain three times because they couldn’t understand what the issue was. The my Vodacom app worked perfectly, so I don’t know why there was the need to discontinue it. I am now having to use the website which if really frustrating because when I want to check my balances it it really frustrating to have to go through the login process.
