Disappointing service
Kirby & Teen Nail salon in Tableview CPT Owners are too aloof to offer an apology for their error & rudeness, lacking soft skills despite the ‘congenial marketing’. 100% cancellation fee app**** i.r.o. force majeure circumstances, no consideration towards loyal customers, unless that too is questionable 🤔 No longer will be supported by me but wish them good luck in ever changing SA! Pity about the staff though.

29 Oct 2025, 16:57I’d like to add, that a 100% Cancellation fee was still effective although I was postponing my appointment and not cancelling. Ungracious in my opinion. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Thank you very much!
