Very impressed with optician, Sergio Rodrigues at Spec-Savers branch in Bayside Mall, CPT. Highly recommend this optician for his dedication in providing an excellent service. I was struggling with previous lenses but he managed to fix the problem, spending enough time with me to make sure that I was happy and able to see clearly again, prescribing suitable and comfortable lenses. For his expertise and commitment I praise him highly.
FNB call centre is absolutely useless and ineffective! It’s impossible to get help from a consultant without being transferred a zillion times then I get cut off or put on hold! Furthermore their operating hours are limited and should you have any query other than ***** well there’s no help available outside these hours ; until 1pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. If your app is inaccessible well you are basically *****ed as all telephonic automated msgs req you to access the banking app! Also If you are lucky to get to speak to a consultant over the weekend you get transferred to a dept. that is closed! FNB wake up and upgrade your service delivery to customers, action speaks louder than words! Pointless marketing fantastic banking features but when help is needed your ‘customer service’ Dept’s are a no show!
5 star rating to the Samsung rep Karel and his colleague Dean for their assistance & patience for trying to configure and resolve the issue with my Samsung A55 device; both personnel were based at MTN / Telkom stores at Century City Mall, CPT.
Activated my brand new Samsung A55 5G mobile ph a week ago & a week later (today 21/09/24) the phone suddenly became apparently due to a faulty SIM card reader..the brand new ph now requires repairs which could take approx. 15days; I’m not impressed at all and very disappointed with this model A55.
Very impressed and happy with the help received from a wellness expert Annette, at Wellness Warehouse based at Paddocks’s shopping mall. She is kind, considerate, understanding and goes the extra mile to offer her best advice and professional assistance. Highly recommend anyone to consult with her for the best therapy and healthy products 👍
