Unsatisfactory eyelashes & service

I had my lashes done at Kirby & teen 31 October & outcome unsatisfactory even after my complaint on whatsapp chat. The consultant keep on yelling me " I kept on going on " after my lashes was done I wanted more volume ( I spoke in a monotone ) was not keeping on . ... My lashes had no volume & I mentioned this to her showing a pic of how it was done( her v.msg old pictures) nevertheless she told me " mabt this place is not for me) of which I told her that I find quite insulting after I have pd R790 for an unsatisfactory service & then to be told this place ain't for me.

Owner called me after reception fwd her our convo & spoke so loud I couldn't hear myself & I stopped to ph as I can't hear when someone is shouting at me & won't accept or tolerate that .

I have done health, beauty , spa so many times & this was the worse outcome of communication to a point I almost felt it was a ****** attack & judging my affordability? Unfortunately I won't go back there
