Golden Home Care does not Care
My sister has been working with this Co. some years ago. After deduction each say Co. Takes 60% of her earnings & my sister goes home with +-R200 pd . My sister found another job and in the interim her sons dad passed on & now she's applying for social Grant . Five times unsuccessful despite being early in town she was given last Friday an appointment ticket for Frodau 14.03.25. Leaving her home on the 1st bus 5h45 into town & being seen to eventually after lunch system was offline and it's said she needs her previous employer to sign s termination of employment form. Zulfa the receptionist was abruptly rude & clearly no telephonic manner how & to whom she's speaking . I asked for Jerome or Janine and she insist on who is calling & then said non is available. The department of Golden Home Care is not nice, shows no amphathy nor sympathy nor compassion and definitely no care of which leaves me perplex on the 1st point of contact to have your loved ones put into such uncaring people's care.

Unsatisfactory eyelashes & service
I had my lashes done at Kirby & teen 31 October & outcome unsatisfactory even after my complaint on whatsapp chat. The consultant keep on yelling me " I kept on going on " after my lashes was done I wanted more volume ( I spoke in a monotone ) was not keeping on . ... My lashes had no volume & I mentioned this to her showing a pic of how it was done( her v.msg old pictures) nevertheless she told me " mabt this place is not for me) of which I told her that I find quite insulting after I have pd R790 for an unsatisfactory service & then to be told this place ain't for me. Owner called me after reception fwd her our convo & spoke so loud I couldn't hear myself & I stopped to ph as I can't hear when someone is shouting at me & won't accept or tolerate that . I have done health, beauty , spa so many times & this was the worse outcome of communication to a point I almost felt it was a ****** attack & judging my affordability? Unfortunately I won't go back there

Bad Lunch day at Ashley's
After many years I have spontaneously decided to pop in for lunch at Ashley's family Restaurant as I used to know it especially famous for their pizzas ! With great disappointment the quality was terrible and the district six toppings was not fresh. The base was uncooked and raw .My husband had a pasta that tastes worse then my home made pasta. We traveled from the West coast especially for this memory I had of many yrs ago and it was not worth the while and drive and money
