Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Kirby *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Sales agents troubled me for months to have my machine serviced. They eventually came to collect, and I hadn't heard from them for 2 weeks. I called, only to be told that they are waiting for my phone call to get approval. They said my machine is not working, and yet I sent them a machine that was fully functional. The manager isn't returning my calls and avoiding me. Really disgusted with kirby Service Centre Durban.
