Accused of paying with a **** R200 nite.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a call I received from Nomsa Shenge, a security guard at Kit Kat,Benoni,12 August, 16.45.During the call, Ms. Shenge accused me of paying with a **** note in the morning at 09:02 and demanded that I send her money, claiming to have footage as evidence.

I am shocked and disturbed by these allegations, and I strongly deny any wrongdoing. I have several questions regarding this incident, including the authenticity of the footage, the procedures followed during the transaction, and the basis for her accusations.

This is not the first time I have been involved in a controversy with Kit Kat cashiers. This is the fourth incident where I have been unfairly accused or implicated in *****ulent activities. I suspect that these incidents may be related to my punctuality as usual i am in the store when they open which makes me a target of these cashiers and possibly security guards involved, friendly demeanor, and demographic characteristics.

In light of these repeated incidents, I request a formal meeting with you to discuss the following:

1. The incident in question and the evidence against me 2. The procedures in place for handling transactions and disputes 3. The conduct of Kit Kat cashiers in question, particularly Ms. Shenge and the last 3 cashiers which tried the same ****. 4. Measures to prevent similar incidents in the future

I would appreciate the opportunity to clear my name and address any concerns you may have. I look forward to your response and to scheduling a meeting at your earliest convenience.
