I bought a kettle on the 13 December 2024,now the kettle is not working so went back to the shop as it still has warranty, took it in its original packaging but I misplaced my receipt, but that's no problem cause they have cards that we use when buying electrical appliance so that they can trace it, to my surprise I was told the don't do reprints anymore as they staff *****s with the reprints. so I had to email their sales department for a reprint, which I still have not received any feedback about the reprint, now m stuck I dnt know what to do. As their security guy was soo rude to me. Worse experience ever, I'm never ever buying from that store ever again.
