I bought a kettle on the 13 December 2024,now the kettle is not working so went back to the shop as it still has warranty, took it in its original packaging but I misplaced my receipt, but that's no problem cause they have cards that we use when buying electrical appliance so that they can trace it, to my surprise I was told the don't do reprints anymore as they staff *****s with the reprints. so I had to email their sales department for a reprint, which I still have not received any feedback about the reprint, now m stuck I dnt know what to do. As their security guy was soo rude to me. Worse experience ever, I'm never ever buying from that store ever again.
My name is Karabo Senne, Sizwe hosmed đŽđŽI'm soo disappointed with sizwe hosmed medical aid, firstly I've been hospitalized in January till thus day there were service providers who were not paid in full, my husband was also hospitalized last year, still today were told that there are doctors who were not paid in full, why is it that we always have to make several calls to them about paying service providers, thus has put us in service providers putting us on legal action, everytime they don't pay service providers in full always they say that it's out of their PBM, recently I personally called them to find out if I have benefits for dental crowns, I was told we do have benefits which covers for the crowns which is 18000, excited I went to the dentist confident that I had relevant information, but to my surprise I'm sent a quatation by the dentist saying I have to pay partially for the services, which amounts to R11000,meaning sizwe hosmed will only pay R6000, and I have to pay for the remainder, if I have to pay R11000 then what's the use of having to pay for medical aid which is not helping me in any way, this simply means they not being honest why would they say they cover for something only to be disappointed when you get to the doctors.. The way I'm soo disappointed I would never recommend this medical aid to anyone ever.. When you call them it says you have relevant funds only to be told by service providers that they declined or won't pay at all... đŽđŽđŽđŽ
Went to get breakfast at Mc donalds benoni,to my surprise the coffee was cold,burger had excess oil ..there was alot of ketch up on my boerie burger was soo disappointed with their service and the food..đđ
My husband was involved in a attempted hijacking accident on the 9 December 2022,claim was approved and opted for Vehicle substitution,and Wow that's where my problems start. 1. VSS consultant( Reginald Mukithi) has never called me we have been communicating via Emails. 2. Showed me possible cars but told them i do not like white,can we possibly look at other colours IF they don't have them I'll settle for it. 3. Was shown 3 possible cars of which i was told i had to top up 10k on top of the Excess i will pay which is 7.9k. I responded that i don't have 10k extra,so i have been waiting ever since for the car that meets my spec. 4. I am the one who constantly has to email the consultant, his number is not going through,so im so very much disappointed with his service.its been a month since dealing with this issue,i guess its going to prolong more than i have imagined.. 5. Im still without a car,my kids are suffering to go to school, I'm suffering to go to work..i don't know for when or how long i have to wait,cause no one is communicating with me,even today i sent an Email to both Reginald Mukithi (VSS Consultant)and Azeezah Vallie(Claims processing consultants) no one responded to me.. Now the worst part I've been sent a Premium increase,for what ,i don't know, where as i don't even have that Car.. IM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED đŽđŽ with their service. Both their Phone's don't go through im in destitute.đđđ
I still haven't received any communication from homechoice till now. All I ask is for them to give me my settlement letter and remove my name from credit bureaus.. I still say I will Never Ever buy anything from them Ever..
I had an account with home choice 6yrs ago which later I couldn't pay due to job loss,long story short I paid up all my accounts when I got a new job,contacted home choice they say my account is closed,boom I'm trying to buy a home for my kids now they show up on the credit score it says account is closed (revolving),I have been trying to get hold of them their operators says my account is handed over to Nimble ,I tried calling Nimble for the past 2weeks so that I can settle the account and move on with my life,but no Nimbles number says it does not Exist when I dial it up,Accounts keeps saying I should call Nimble,I'm soo ****ed off I just want them to remove my name from credit bureaus,Home choice is pure nonsense I will Never Ever buy anything Ever from them even if It's just a teas****..Now I'm stuck my papers can't be processed, application has been denied over Home ****** Choice..
