Kit Bait is Click Bait

There was an advert on Facebook from a website called Kit Bait that offered two for the price of one English football shirts. A friend and I decided to use this special, he wanted a green Liverpool shirt in X-Large while I wanted a black ****nal shirt in the same size. I paid for the shirts and shipping and was excited when the package arrived on Tuesday. When I opened the package I saw that they had sent me a white Liverpool shirt (so the wrong one) in the correct size and the correct ****nal black shirt in the wrong size. I jumped on their website (kitbait.co.za) and tried to contact them but have not heard back from them. I’ve tried their chat bot and have received nothing, emails, the same, WhatsApp, the same, Facebook and Instagram, still nothing. They have a ‘contact us’ form to fill in as well and even though they say they’ll get back to me within 24 hours, nothing but silence. Since I’ve tried reaching out (including calling - goes straight to voicemail) their Facebook and Instagram pages have shut down.
