I have been subject to a typical scam. Trying to support local but then they give you fake products! I am extremely appalled that they Advertise that they sell original items. Yes as a soccer fan I was attracted by the special especially cause it was Black Friday. I received my order and unfortunately cause I collect jerseys, I automatically picked up they were not authentic and that they were fake. The responsiveness/communication from KitBait is nonexistent in dealing with customer complaints by this so-called company that is taking advantage of people. Please do not order from them as you are GUARANTEED a fake item.

Kitbait.co.za offering buy 1 get 1 free on football Kits. Sounds too good to be true; well, it is. Placed an order for 2 kits and get 2 free- 1. Received my order, sizes are too small (first sign of non-authenticity) 2. One of the shirts the sent is totally wrong 3. I have been collecting various kits for a while now, these are not authentic shirts they are knock-offs (people are commenting and asking and the author keeps saying it is authentic) Immediately wrote an email to kit.domain.inquiries@gmail.com, no reply. Went to the website and clicked on whatsapp chat - no reply. Went onto facebook, when I posted my query, they blocked me completely. I now understand why all looks rosy as when a negative comment or mention of refund is done they remove you completley as this will alert future buyers. On their website (https://www.kitbait.co.za/policies/refund-policy) they have a twenty-day refund policy, how am I supposed to request refund if they don't answer me and block me everywhere?? I want to return my order and I want a full refund! Their Whatsapp Business slogan reads: This is the official customer service line for the Kit Bait and Luxe Embassy stores. Customer Service is the heart of our business as we believe "a happy customer is a happy business" Well, this customer is not happy, and I want to warn others against these fraudsters!

There was an advert on Facebook from a website called Kit Bait that offered two for the price of one English football shirts. A friend and I decided to use this special, he wanted a green Liverpool shirt in X-Large while I wanted a black ****nal shirt in the same size. I paid for the shirts and shipping and was excited when the package arrived on Tuesday. When I opened the package I saw that they had sent me a white Liverpool shirt (so the wrong one) in the correct size and the correct ****nal black shirt in the wrong size. I jumped on their website (kitbait.co.za) and tried to contact them but have not heard back from them. I’ve tried their chat bot and have received nothing, emails, the same, WhatsApp, the same, Facebook and Instagram, still nothing. They have a ‘contact us’ form to fill in as well and even though they say they’ll get back to me within 24 hours, nothing but silence. Since I’ve tried reaching out (including calling - goes straight to voicemail) their Facebook and Instagram pages have shut down. Their email address is: kit.domain.inquiries@gmail.com and their phone number is: 071 959 8707. Avoid this scam!

Kit Bait is a website on facebook claiming to sell authentic soccer jerseys. They are running a scam. All their sale items are fake. Once you order and pay you will receive your fake goods within a few days. If you try to get a refund they block you from their facebook profile account. Their refund policy is fake and they do not respond at all. Do not order from this site on facebook or the website. Its a big scam.

Be very careful!! I'm not saying these guys are a scam, but there is a trend of these "new starters" that are scamming sports fans out of money from supporter jersey sales. This looks very similar to TBG sports site which was a scam. What may be suspicious?: - Typically the site has a Facebook and Instagram page (recently started). - They only have a gmail address as an email contact and a whatsapp number. - The prices will seem legitimate for 1 item, but the offer is for an extra one for free. (It may also be a limited time/countdown offer, to bait you into taking it) - They will post on FB or IG that they are awaiting stock (to give authenticity) - When customers complain about not receiving orders on FB and IG they will say "We have received so many orders that we are backlogged. Please stop telling people we are a scam" - They will say order number 0-999 have been delivered. (Their order numbers actually only start from 1000). - They will politely reply to complaints that they are a scamming by saying "Please stop telling people we are a scam, we just have had delays" - They pay for promotions on FB and probably have many people who are paid to like the page. (you can purchase likes) - Pictures on the pages are of orders being shipped in courier bags.
