There was an advert on Facebook from a website called Kit Bait that offered two for the price of one English football shirts. A friend and I decided to use this special, he wanted a green Liverpool shirt in X-Large while I wanted a black ****nal shirt in the same size. I paid for the shirts and shipping and was excited when the package arrived on Tuesday. When I opened the package I saw that they had sent me a white Liverpool shirt (so the wrong one) in the correct size and the correct ****nal black shirt in the wrong size. I jumped on their website (kitbait.co.za) and tried to contact them but have not heard back from them. I’ve tried their chat bot and have received nothing, emails, the same, WhatsApp, the same, Facebook and Instagram, still nothing. They have a ‘contact us’ form to fill in as well and even though they say they’ll get back to me within 24 hours, nothing but silence. Since I’ve tried reaching out (including calling - goes straight to voicemail) their Facebook and Instagram pages have shut down. Their email address is: kit.domain.inquiries@gmail.com and their phone number is: 071 959 8707. Avoid this scam!
I bought a new car and wanted to switch my unit from the old one to the new one. First I get told that it will cost me R870 in labour, and that is if I have both cars in my possession, if one has to be worked on at the dealer it will cost me more. I make a plan for them to remove the tracking unit from my old car and keep it for a week and then put it in my new car for R870. The first technician didn’t show up to remove the device, he just didn’t turn up for work that day. Nobody called me to let me know, I had to phone and find out. A second technician came later in the afternoon, luckily I was working in one place that day. When I got my new car I called and booked a reinstall. That technician also didn’t turn up. I have called a dozen times, emailed, tweeted and spoken to Cartrack on the chat they have on the website and still have not had an answer to why he hasn’t showed up or when the unit will be reinstalled. The customer service is nonexistent and when you ask to talk to a manager to find out what is going on you get cut off. Truly horrible experience with Cartrack and not a company I will recommend to anyone. They do not care about their customers and I would hate to see what happens if your at gets stolen as they don’t seem bothered by anything their customers need. Can’t wait for my contract to expire and get away from these people.

Got my ADSL line upgraded from a 4Mps line to a 10Mps line, but instead they dropped my line to less than 1Mps. Three days of calls, emails and Tweets ended with nothing being done. All forms of written communication was ignored and on the phone I was treated like a leper for having the gall to ask for help. Nothing has been done and I need my line for work. But Telkom simply don't care. All they care about it taking my money, which they have done for the new line, even though it doesn't work. Time to end this monopoly and get some decent service happening in this country. Wish there was a different option.

On December 20 I ordered a Blu Ray for my nephew to get as a Christmas present, it was supposed to be delivered on December 23, that day came and went without a delivery or a phone call. Eventually on December 28 I called takealot to find out what was going on and was told that there was a delay but I will be receiving it shortly. I keep phoning and emailing to find out where the product, that Iv'e already paid for, is and keep getting the run around as the supplier and delivery people are blamed. Then on January 12 I get an email saying that there is no stock and there has never been any stock of the movie I ordered. When I finally get a phone call from them they continue to lie and blame everyone but themselves. The people I spoke to were rude, one even hung up on me, and have no interest in helping out a customer who they have wronged. They kept my money and said I now had credit with them, like I will ever order from them again, so I had to demand my money back which came through today, exactly four weeks after I paid. Not once did they think to call me and tell me they had made a mistake, they simply wanted to take my money and not deliver.
