We phone the company to come take a look at our fridge, that wasnt working. Technician came out, checked the compressors and assured us that it was just the gas. he re-gassed the fridge and we paid the call out fee and re-gas amount. 2 weeks later my fridge stopped working again, i phoned the company and they promised the tech would come monday to sort it out .. no extra charge. the technician didnt pitch and let us know he is sorry but will be there today. He is still not there ... we had to throw away food which we dont have this month. Very upset about this, we cannot be given a time either so my husband cant go anywhere after having to wait the whole day yesterday too. who is going to replace the food we lost????
