My account is suddenly R910.00 this month. I phoned the call centre to downgrade my account as i did not choose the level 5 option, they were not willing to assist me until the account is paid. I cannot believe that an insurance company can be so terrible. Your client caused a major accident, in which my car is now written off. both my boys and myself were hurt, and im 6 months pregnant as well. Your client failed to report the accident, which i did, and still has not instituted a claim, and now im told until she does that you cannot assist me at all with claiming damages from your client???? How can you be so careless and not give a damn when your client is clearly in fault here. I have all the documentation i want someone from your offices to call me today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible feedback from Rain. We have been trying to extend our rain payment to the 27th of the month, for 48 hours now our account has been suspended. We try to phone Rain, the call gets dropped or you hold on for 38 minutes. No responses to emails, no responses to Facebook. Absolutely ridiculous. Shows our account is 2 payements behind but we havent missed 1 payment yet. Im so over this service provider... cant believe how terrible their service has gotten.
