Worst people to deal with.
They recently installed their smart meters in our complex and ever since we have issues.
1. No notification when units is depleted. 2. Power is Automatically switched off with out any knowledge 3. freezers start to defrost and food is left to spoil 4. Have to wait 20 mins to an hour before switch on 5. Always same stories that there engineers are working on it. 6. To date no solutions since, it been almost 2 months 7. Forever to reply to text messages 8. You have to call them more then twice. 9. Agents clueless on what was the cause 10. We are now told that we need to check our usage on a daily basis to ensure we have electricity as if we dont have other daily responsibilities we now must do kk prepaid's job for them.
My personal suggestion is that dont waste your time having their meters in your place or complex
