I have been a customer of KK prepaid for about 5 years. I have an issue with the council in that they are over inflating our water usage. I messaged KK prepaid after hours and they immediately sent me all the statements due to my own error of deleting them from my inbox and not saving them.

One of the worst service providers ever. They create ways to make money even from closed accounts and claim water bills. They made me settle my tenants account twice than came back again claiming outstanding amounts. They take their own time to get back to you without even resolving the issue .

We recently switched our complex to KKP Metering as a service provider, and since then, we’ve been experiencing constant power outages. It’s incredibly frustrating our food is ruined, and daily life is disrupted. Their communication is poor. Even when there is money in your wallet, the electricity still switches off without notice. When you call, they claim they don’t handle the electricity, and that it’s the municipality’s responsibility. It’s very concerning because with our previous service provider, we never had these issues. Why are power outages only happening now that we’ve switched to KKP Metering? Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend KKP Metering to anyone seeking reliable service.

Absolutely such a useless service. say recording phone calls but yet can not help with a reverance number for it.

Worst people to deal with. They recently installed their smart meters in our complex and ever since we have issues. 1. No notification when units is depleted. 2. Power is Automatically switched off with out any knowledge 3. freezers start to defrost and food is left to spoil 4. Have to wait 20 mins to an hour before switch on 5. Always same stories that there engineers are working on it. 6. To date no solutions since, it been almost 2 months 7. Forever to reply to text messages 8. You have to call them more then twice. 9. Agents clueless on what was the cause 10. We are now told that we need to check our usage on a daily basis to ensure we have electricity as if we dont have other daily responsibilities we now must do kk prepaid's job for them. My personal suggestion is that dont waste your time having their meters in your place or complex
