Poor customer service
One of the worst service providers ever. They create ways to make money even from closed accounts and claim water bills. They made me settle my tenants account twice than came back again claiming outstanding amounts. They take their own time to get back to you without even resolving the issue .

MTN is the worst service provider
MTN is the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with they had issues with their debit orders. Than send a link for me to pay on and I did on Saturday last week . Today is Friday and my line is closed when calling them they keep telling me stories they haven’t allocated my payment. And they kept promising since Monday that they will do it but nothing am so annoyed and want to cancel my contract with them now

Unprofessional and rude
I have been buying from them online for a while now and never had issues with them until today. Their customer service is very poor they are rude and unprofessional. I used their WhatsApp customer care number to follow up on my order since it late and the reply I got from them was so rude am still shocked and ****ed off . Honestly I will never purchase from them it not like they don’t have competitors selling the same clothes who happen to have good customer service. I don’t even want those items I bought from them anymore I just want my money back .

Very bad customer service
I reported yesterday which was the 23rd of November that my Internet connection is down. But I haven’t received any assistance when I text them on whatsapp they keep saying they have escalated the matter to finance but payment was made on the 31st even proof of payment was sent and I ended up resending it 5 times just to make sure that they receive it. I missed two teams meetings because of this and they do not care. Honestly I regret choosing them over other service providers.

Fraud
I made a booking using their app and paid for accommodation but never received a confirmation email than I requested for it to be sent again but nothing. I started sending emails to their customer service and sent all the details they asked for but until today nothing no refund what so ever but money went out of my account.
