KK PREPAID METER WORST EVER
Worst people to deal with. They recently installed their smart meters in our complex and ever since we have issues. 1. No notification when units is depleted. 2. Power is Automatically switched off with out any knowledge 3. freezers start to defrost and food is left to spoil 4. Have to wait 20 mins to an hour before switch on 5. Always same stories that there engineers are working on it. 6. To date no solutions since, it been almost 2 months 7. Forever to reply to text messages 8. You have to call them more then twice. 9. Agents clueless on what was the cause 10. We are now told that we need to check our usage on a daily basis to ensure we have electricity as if we dont have other daily responsibilities we now must do kk prepaid's job for them. My personal suggestion is that dont waste your time having their meters in your place or complex

Worst Communication Skills
Worst service received thus far, with no communication whatsoever. Placed an order with Mweb for a fiber line on 26/06/2025, and to date, TT Connect has not gotten back to them for the release of the fiber line.

They are *********** and have *********** staff, Just want your Money
They are *********** and have *********** staff. Do not sign up with them or make any payments, as they advised me that they provide fibre in my area and got me to process payment and delivery fees, only to find out that once they received my funds, they don't cover my area. Now it is a hassle to get my refund back. Worst people to deal with, and very difficult to get in touch with, and never reply to emails They advertised ratings should be amended as it does not fall to their standards

worst experience with old mutual
i am waiting for my superfund claim to be processed since last month. no that works there has any proper information everyday they are requesting a tax directive but it is never actually requested from sars. the service is disgusting for a well known service provider every call to a consultant is a waste of time because no one can help even when you request for someone senior to assist .
