Zero accountability

I've had a Red Rhino water pump that had to go to them twice under warranty.

1st the 750w pump kept tripping my 5KVA inverter. 2nd time the pump malfunctioned completely. Switched on and refused to switch back off and fault light on at the controller. The internals also rusted through.

Both times they sent it back with a test report stating there's nothing wrong with it. I doubt they even actually tested it as the internals of the pump had rusted. You don't have to be a technician to notice that.

Do yourself a favour and not purchase anything from them. Their warranty isn't worth the print on the box!
