AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Avoid this company at all costs. Nothing but thieves. They will offer to sell you ink Cartridges at a discount. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR TAKE UP THEIR SERVICES. They are dishonest. Plain and simple. No matter how many cartridges you buy, if you try to close the account they tell you there is a shortfall amount that you will need to pay before they will do that. Even after paying the shortfall amount to close the account, they will send the sheriff after you claiming breach of contract. I wish I had found and read all the other reviews before doing business with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

KLM CONSUMABLES & CHEMICALS
In about July 2019 I received a call from KLM Consumables telling me that they sell printer cartridges & toners. I asked her the price of their cartridges which were not cheaper at all. When I told her I was a pensioner & could not afford that. She then told me they would give me a discount, so I then gave her an order for 1x XL Colored Cartridge & 1x XL Black cartridge for my Canon printer. They delivered a few days later but it was incorrect as they sent 2 of the same color. When I said I can't accept this order the driver phoned the office & they suggested I then take 2 more of the colored cartridges. I informed them again that I was a pensioner & could not afford to spend so much on cartridges.... They were very accommodating & said no worries I could pay the other 2 off over the next 2 mths - to which I agreed & which went off very smoothly. The money was collected over the next couple of months, the final payment was made on 08/09/2017 for which I have a delivery note stating final collection of R250 & it's marked "Account officially paid up" Fast forward to (I think} about Sept 2019 when I received a phone call at about 5.30pm which started off this way - "Before I hand your account over for collection, I want to give you the opportunity of settling your account. I had no idea what she was talking about and informed her of that as I don't owe anyone any money. Well she shouted at me, told me I just use people then run away, I was beside myself & also shouted back at her - at that point she tried another track & said OK then if I don't want the other cartridges that I ordered to get the discount, they will cancel that order & put it back into stock (2yrs later feel sorry for the next client buying those old things) but I will have to return the discount... Horrers.... I asked how much was that - I cannot remember exactly but it was in the region of R600 or something, I just told her there was no way she must sue me, which she again started shouting at me so I put the phone down in her ear! There is lots more but I'm sure you can see exactly who, where & how these people operate, and their people s****s are non existent avoid them like the plague - I've had no other phone calls from them, but if anyone knows their current contact details, I wld like you to please share them with me. None of the no 's I have work.

BAD SERVICE
The KLM consumables and chemical company is a scam company and rip people off..... We got a call from one their ladies telling us about their discounted prices on all cartridges . We asked how it works and she said we can do COD or 30 days account. We ordered 8 printer cartridges but only took four and said we will let them know when we need the other four,paid for the eight in full. But later when we called to deliver our other four the account lady said we need to pay before it gets delivered but when we told her we did she insist all eight was delivered. So we said ok we will you send us POD? but to our surprise they can not find it. We then said ok we will go back to our old supplier and the accounts lady said fine. A year later we get a call saying we signed a 2 year contract and have to order from them. A bunch of lairs ,cheaters,scammers and fraudsters. They can not send us a copy of the contract but insist we did after confirming a 30 day account on COD. Think that is the reason they not claimed on Hello Peter

KLM Consumables sent us a box of Printer Cartridges/Toners which we never ordered. They claim to have a Voice Recording of a lady at our company confirming the order however they refuse to play it back for us. We managed to get hold of another company that was conned by them(via hellopeter) who confirmed the same modus operandi. They even went as far as posting a negative review on hellopeter for the company that complained!!! Have a look at the fake "Positive" reviews on hellopeter. They've all been created immediately after a complaint by a newly registered user. I'm contacting hellopeter to investigate this. We've also reported them to the National Consumer Council. If you ever get conned by them do not give in to their demands. They are a bunch of criminals who prey on your fear. They will threaten you with legal action and blacklisting but fear not. They have no leg to stand on.

Harrasing and conning people
We recently recevied a box of toners from these guys, which we DID NOT ORDER in the first place. They called our purchasing department and told them that someone from our company had ordered the toners and he should give them our address details. He thought it's all in order and proceeded to give them our details including Vat number etc. A few days later a courier company delivers a box full of toners with a total value of R14'640,00 !! We phoned them and said we have not ordered this and they insisted that they have a voice recording of our purchasing guy confirming the order. The lady at KLM Chemicals by the name of Caroline said she is very sorry but they won't take the goods back. Since we placed the order verbally with them, we have to just take it and pay for it. She started becoming very abusive and insisted that she will blacklist us if we do not pay. These guys are absolute crooks. If anyone ever gets a call from them selling inks, printers and toners, put the phone down immediately! Don't say a word. You will end up with a box of stuff which you never ordered and then forced to pay for it. I am reporting them to the National Consumer Council for Harrasment, fraud, illegal selling, lying, conning people, refusing to take an item back (which we did not order in the first place) etc etc. They use 2 companies to sell products from: KLM Consumables & chemicals (Pty) Ltd. RF Import & Export SA (Pty) Ltd. They are a bunch of lying CROOKS!! Stay away and dont speak to them at all. Just hang the phone up if they ever call you.

Outstanding Customer Service

I wish to advise that KLM Consumables indeed has the best prices combined with great customer services. In all honesty it was hard to believe listening to the consultant present the products and services they provide the proof was indeed in the pudding delivered on time combined with a great product. We look forward to doing alot more business with KLM Consumables. Total value for money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
