The KLM consumables and chemical company is a scam company and rip people off..... We got a call from one their ladies telling us about their discounted prices on all cartridges . We asked how it works and she said we can do COD or 30 days account. We ordered 8 printer cartridges but only took four and said we will let them know when we need the other four,paid for the eight in full. But later when we called to deliver our other four the account lady said we need to pay before it gets delivered but when we told her we did she insist all eight was delivered. So we said ok we will you send us POD? but to our surprise they can not find it. We then said ok we will go back to our old supplier and the accounts lady said fine. A year later we get a call saying we signed a 2 year contract and have to order from them. A bunch of lairs ,cheaters,scammers and fraudsters. They can not send us a copy of the contract but insist we did after confirming a 30 day account on COD. Think that is the reason they not claimed on Hello Peter
Been to a Ackerman store about 20min ago to buy a swimming costume for my kid, left the store got home and noticed the size is wrong went back immediately but they refused to exchange for correct size. Saying the moment you outside the door we do not exchange or refund. It all happened in 30min from buying and going back to the store for exchange....now I have to keep something that is no use for as they won't refund or exchange. Really disappointed with the service.
I have been with this service provider for long and now recently got really bad service from them as my policy was cancelled without notification,however i got an sms saying we will double debit your account on 29/02/2016. I called the provider to make sure that they will still double debit my account but the lady i spoke to told me the policy is cancelled. I told her i got an sms saying you will debit my account today and she advice that sorry you have no policy with us and we can not reinstate the policy. I asked her and all my premiums that been paid in the past and she said sorry but you will not get any money back yet i was merely asking cant i just pay up as we still in February and i need to pay for February. So much for providing a service when that is not what is happening as clearly you do not after your customers. Firstly call the customer and let them know we have not received a payment or liaise via email or sms instead of just cancelling policies and taking consumers money...
I'm having really bad services from mtn. My account has been handed over to their legal department for not making payments for a month and a half. According to the lady I spoke to in customer service two weeks ago who said if you do not pay for more then three months then you get handed over. The lady said she will email the legal department and cc myself in the mail but till today nothing has been done. My service is off now for two months and yet there is no effort from MTN to resolve the matters. My details was given the moment she connected with me so there is no reason she did not have my email address or contact. As security reason you need to identify yourself to proceed. My number is 060 528 6780. I'm due for an upgrade but not sure should I take the upgrade. I've been with mtn for a very long time with no problems until now recently.
