I visited Kloppers Knysna's computer department last week and was disappointed by the lack of assistance from salespeople Craig and Roston. They didn't acknowledge my presence, leaving me unattended. In contrast, the usual service from the big bearded gentleman is exceptional. His absence highlighted a noticeable decline in service quality and product knowledge.
