Knot- wood wireess handheld car vacuum cleaner

on 29 April 2023 i orderd a wireless handheld car vacuum cleaner , advertising how great the suction and blowing power for $29.99 + $ 4.99 shipping on receiving this unit i found it only sucks and has no blower function and very poor quality i complained via support@knot-wood.com and stated my dissapointment they required me to send a video of this unit which i did and their reply id that no quality issues are identified , while on the video i explained it has no blowing abilities and their answer is "sorry for the inconvenience it has brought you " no reply on returning or refunding a product that is advertised and when delivered wrongly and dont want to take responsability for their wrong doing

this product in South African Rands is just over R900.00 which is a lot of money to throw away as it is not what i ordered according to their advert
