The order never came but on the app it stated delivered

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Knowles SPAR through the SPAR4U app. My order shows as “delivered” at 18:10, but I never received anything. The app indicates the order was collected at 16:22, and I have been waiting since then. It is now 6 o’clock and I still have not received my order. When I called the store, I was told the order was still on the way to me, which completely contradicts what the app says. This lack of communication and inaccurate tracking is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own deliveries or be left waiting for hours without clear information. Very poor service and a frustrating experience. I expect better reliability, proper communication, and honesty when it comes to deliveries.
