Olivia the operator has the biggest attitude like I owe her something.

A fine was assigned to me in a town more than 5 hours away. The picture of the vehicle clearly doesnt match the description of mine. A bakkie forged my number plate and I drive a small hatchback.

Upon calling the municipality and holding the line for almost an hour I'm told to go take pictures of my car and disk. Why am I asked to do all this PT when they should have my vehicle details on the government system?

The only offence commited here was having Olivia answer calls with such a stinking attitude.

Rather jump off a bridge than call them for help.
