Would give 0 stars if I could. Olivia the operator has the biggest attitude like I owe her something. A fine was assigned to me in a town more than 5 hours away. The picture of the vehicle clearly doesnt match the description of mine. A bakkie forged my number plate and I drive a small hatchback. Upon calling the municipality and holding the line for almost an hour I'm told to go take pictures of my car and disk. Why am I asked to do all this PT when they should have my vehicle details on the government system? The only offence commited here was having Olivia answer calls with such a stinking attitude. Rather jump off a bridge than call them for help.
The entire team did a great job. The RealEstate Agent who managed the sale Lee-Ann, she was really exceptional at her job. I 100% would recommend using her services with her team.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I called in saying I'm unwell and explained my symptoms, the lady proceeded to go off on me saying my chest is sore not my mouth I should speak louder she doesn't have to take a "soft call" there are other people she needs to assist so we need to get done. I said I understand, I tried a doctor in my area but everyone is closed. She proceeded to say "you want a sick note right" and I said I just want to know if there's something I can do or take cause everything I take at home keeps coming out, she proceeded to shout asking why am I calling them if I have tablets at home. I hung up the call. Received a call back again and declined. This is the worst service ever I do not recommend, rather die in peace instead of contacting them.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Paid my account on the 24th November. Debit order goes off on the 25th but I get an insufficient funds. Contract ends 1st December but was told I have to pay my installment with an additional R100 today (4 December) . After having done so I'm told I have to cancel the contract myself and when I tried to do so they say my account is in Arrears. Honestly what on earth. I do not recommend making use of vodacom for any type of contract this is daylight *******.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Zando collected items for return on 12 July and sent out someone to collect items again in August and they haven't refunded me yet. They also canceled and order a month ago and haven't refunded that either. The amount comes close to R2000 now that Zando still hasn't paid me. And they don't respond to emails until 3 weeks later.
