In my customer care experience I've never experienced such horrible service from an unprofessional agent working at Kodak Centurion Mall. I called on 13 Feb 2024 at 13:33pm for enquiry. To start with the lady didn't introduce herself, rushed for me to finish talking then became rude by not asking if there's anything further I want then hung up the phone on my ear. Called again 5 times without an answer.
