SPAR Denlyn is selling frot chicken. Bought chicken pieces on 1 April 2024 in the morning, as I was about to cook, the chicken was very smelly and sticky. First I bought chicken was of another brand and it was also frot, smelly and sticky. I washed it off with tap water and vinegar the cooked it coz I didn't have time to go back. Now the second time, different brand but same results, NO WAY!! I had to report them. Shop stewarts must he sent to investigate. This is very health Hazzard
In my customer care experience I've never experienced such horrible service from an unprofessional agent working at Kodak Centurion Mall. I called on 13 Feb 2024 at 13:33pm for enquiry. To start with the lady didn't introduce herself, rushed for me to finish talking then became rude by not asking if there's anything further I want then hung up the phone on my ear. Called again 5 times without an answer.
I have purchased a vehicle with MFC for 12mths now and I then started experiencing problems on the 12th month. Suddenly my debit order goes off before my pay day. As to who, why it has been changed I don't know. What I know is that I have been receiving calls from their agents to say my debit order didn't go through since Aug it's now Oct. This is totally insane. I wanty debit order rejections paid back with urgency coz I will not be held liable for Nedbank's incompetence. This has cause my unnecessary stress and unnecessary bank charges
Very bad and poor service received at IC Kolonnade. A cellphone claim was approve by Abacus Insurance and just because the person receiving the email(Isaac) is off, they are turning customers away. How can the manager-Reneilwe not be able to retrieve the work emails? Why must was my son turned away 1stly because of load shedding and now he's been told the technician is off. He went to menlyn for further assistance, still Kolonnade failed to send an approved email from Abacus to Menlyn. The reason was because the technician will be back on Monday. Does this mean should Isaac pass then we will have to wait for his vacancy to be filled before we get customer service from IC Kolonade? I'm so very disappointed because even wen we submitted the required docs at Kolonade, Isaac promised to send me an email, to date he hasn't. I had to follow up every week to find out how far was the claim. IC Kolonade don't know what customer service entails. They just don't care about their customers. They don't even provide accurate information. The service is so flubbergasting, too much inconvenience and no pride in their jobs
On 14/12/2017, I went to Edgars Connect Bloed Str Mall to insure my cellphone not older than 7 days. To my surprise I received a call around April 2018 from Edcon HQ to verify my banking details because they were not getting any payment for my insurance of which was supposed to be on debit order. When I asked them to read the banking details they had, they read the card number instead of the account nr. This means the consultant at the shop captured incorrect information. What if then my cellphone was stolen/ lost. It took Edcon more than 90 days to advise me that my debit order is not going through. Is this the customer service I am supposed to experience?
