Worst service ever

I bought a new cellphone charger from them 3 weeks back, yesterday morning I woke up with a burning smell, only to find it is coming from my cellphone which had now not come on, so I went back to the shop to go show them the issue, the guy in the shop assured me that he will check the phone and have it repaired by 14:00 that afternoon.

I arrived back just after 14:00 to collect my phone only to find out that my phone had burnt out with the faulty charger and got told there is nothing he can do, and that I need to send the phone back to samsung and have it repaired at my own cost.

After testing the charger in the shop, the guy confirmed that the charger is indeed faulty and that he can replace it for me.
