Worst service ever
I bought a new cellphone charger from them 3 weeks back, yesterday morning I woke up with a burning smell, only to find it is coming from my cellphone which had now not come on, so I went back to the shop to go show them the issue, the guy in the shop assured me that he will check the phone and have it repaired by 14:00 that afternoon. I arrived back just after 14:00 to collect my phone only to find out that my phone had burnt out with the faulty charger and got told there is nothing he can do, and that I need to send the phone back to samsung and have it repaired at my own cost. After testing the charger in the shop, the guy confirmed that the charger is indeed faulty and that he can replace it for me.

BAD DELIVERY
HI-FI Corporation offers 2-5 Days Delivery On Online Orders, I Placed a order and paid for it on 19 October 2019, To date (26 October 2019) No delivery yet, all that I get is Sir we promise you it will be delivered before the end of the day from three different people from their call center, i have even got into contact with the delivery company and they say my order MIGHT only be delivered on Monday 28 October 2019 if it is located where my Order is.

Worst Service Ever
<p>Orderd a Watch from Matt Arend on the 25 November 2016, delivery was supposed to be 3 days after order.</p> <p>To Date no delivery of the watch and no answer when i try to contact them.</p>
